My car got fell off of the radar of the service department and was there for two weeks. BMW of Sarasota is the gold standard for customer service and vehicle selection. As a car lover, they have the top models and trim levels that I’m interested in, in stock, on the showroom floor. They got my custom 430i convertible built and delivered fast, with the exact customizations I wanted, down to the smallest of details (bravo!). On the service/experience side of the house, everyone I interacted with, from the front desk, to sales, finance, service and detailing, all went over and above to provide friendly, knowledgeable service and it’s clear they CARE about me as a person. Special shoutouts to Emilio, Eddie, Hasan, Ken and Chong. Some of the most amazing individuals I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. Chong The manager didn’t even want to talk to me , ignored my concerns for possible mis diagnosis of the problem the first time and declined to help with commitment for warranty on a recently repaired by his department system. I have been a loyal customer of BMW Sarasota for 3 years. NOT ANYMORE.! Would not recommend and would not advise to bring your car there for service! Overinflated prices for labor and no honesty and no commitment to previously performed work. So many more honest places in the are. Stay away from service center BMW Sarasota . More
