Amazing Staff and Fair Pricing I worked with Chris Harris at Newton Nissan. I dealt mostly over the phone before going up to the lot (I had already test driven my 2019 Nissan Murano I worked with Chris Harris at Newton Nissan. I dealt mostly over the phone before going up to the lot (I had already test driven my 2019 Nissan Murano Platinum elsewhere). This lot had no issue sending estimates in writing (pending credit approval). When I made my final decision, everything was ready to go when we arrived. The only small issue we had was the car still being a little dirty after detailing (brand new car with 7 miles on it), but they quickly corrected the issue. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome at Newton Nissan. From sales, to meeting the service staff, to finance, everything was smooth and amazing. I would highly recommend this dealer. More

Everyone from start to finish dealing with this minor repair was top notch and super easy to deal with. I was provided a loaner Titan and my repair took less than two days. To my amazement the repair was much beyond my expectations and the truck after a complimentary car wash looked great. Huge thanks for making my first visit to this service department a great one. Scheduled simple service waited for 3 hours Scheduled simple service which service rep told me shouldn’t take much time (less than an hour). Made a schedule at 8am on Saturday. To schedule at this time on Saturday I had to Wait for three weeks. I was at waiting room for two hours waiting and seeing pretty much all people come and I still got no news from anyone what’s going on with my car. When I checked with a service rep he told me that calibrating keys takes 45 minutes for computer to complete and they are still working on it. I couldn’t understand why they were talking care of other people’s cars that came after me and had no appointments. Unbelievably poor service. If you are not going to follow appointment schedule then don’t schedule them for the god’s Sakes! I honestly don’t know what happened and what’s happening with this dealer. I bought my car here and recommended at least 4 other people who bought new cars from this place. NEVER AGAIN! I’M DONE WITH NEWTON NISSAN! More
