I made an appointment with Brieann to test drive a Mach E. Upon my husband’s arrival, they had no record of an appointment. Then, Ching tried for 30 minutes to pressure my husband into running a credit che E. Upon my husband’s arrival, they had no record of an appointment. Then, Ching tried for 30 minutes to pressure my husband into running a credit check to make sure he was “serious” about purchasing. Never in our adult lives have we been treated this way and all for a $48k Ford. Avoid this dealership and their shady, manipulative selling tactics. More
