My wife and I went in to purchase our leased vehicle we had made up our minds, but Mr Poon insisted and gave us other money saving options and we leased another vehicle. He made us feel very comfortable he's an asset to Dana Ford along also with Henry Manigault our sales man, he was the ussual pushy sales man he was very respectful with me and my wife when ever we objected to certain vehicles. I'd like to also add the front receptionist, we didn't get her name but was very friendly to us and a granddaughter who was 2 and very active. Lastly I forgot the sales managers name but was also honest and to the point we appreciated that. We wanted to end leasing as we have for 18 years with Ford but this team at Dana was awesome and we are glad we stayed More
