My husband and I stopped by to just look at cars. Chico Gonzalez came out and visited with us and we drove a Buick Encore. He was not pushy and very helpful. I went back a week later and asked for him and Gonzalez came out and visited with us and we drove a Buick Encore. He was not pushy and very helpful. I went back a week later and asked for him and actually bought the car that day. He was very polite and professional and seemed honest. Pam Thompson was the financial person that I dealt with and she was also very helpful. Adrianna Burton helped me go over all of the car accessories and set up my phone and she also was wonderful. My whole experience at Harry Robinson was great and I would recommend them to anyone. More

Super satisfied with harry robinson in fort smith! From katlyn messaging me back on facebook to set up an appt to look at vehicles, chico finding me the perfect vehicle, jon helping me pick warrenty pack a katlyn messaging me back on facebook to set up an appt to look at vehicles, chico finding me the perfect vehicle, jon helping me pick warrenty pack and signing paperwork to adriana helping me set up my onstar, and programing my phone to the car. Everyone was absolutely wonderful and they got me in this awesome car when i thought my credit score wouldnt allow me (mid 500s). I recommend this dealership to everyone thinking of buying a vehicle!
