Disappointed with trade in tool and with discounts listed not being fully explained before driving 275 miles. I contacted Quebedeaux about a couple of used trucks listed. I informed them I was traveling not being fully explained before driving 275 miles. I contacted Quebedeaux about a couple of used trucks listed. I informed them I was traveling 275 miles. I submitted my trade in information. It wasn't until I was sitting down that I was informed my trade in did not qualify for the extra $1500 due to year. I feel this should have been stated before I drove. I could have waited to sell privately. The truck is nice and there were numerous to choose from. However my truck only had 1 key. With the price to purchase new keys they should give you a second set since it costs them much less. Also why do vehicles always cone with less than 1/4 tank of gas now. Also I waited 2 hours to finish paperwork due to computer issues. No complimentary food. While waiting the manager acted very unprofessional yelling at employees for not moving vehicles fast enough. Salesman l, Chet, was very nice. I would buy from him again. He immediately informed me of trade in bonus stipulations that I didn't qualify for. More
