The "surprise" charge for our warranty made our experience horrible. We thought we were getting the balance of the new car warranty as our purchase was a vehicle one and a half years old with milea experience horrible. My husband and I purchased a SUV with Chet he was great, very knowledgeable about the car and extremely patient with us.
