Wow. Just WOW. There are three things for sure in this world. Death, taxes, and a perfect buying experience from John Imparato. He was clear, concise, Just WOW. I was very happy with my experience in purchasing a new 4Runner. I provided Andrew the model trim and preferences I was looking for and although it took several months, he was able to match me up with exa 4Runner. The sales and service staff are all helpful and friendly. I have bought at least 10 cars from them over the decades and have used their service department dozens of times. I emailed the dealership several times, and each time all Chelsie Alvarez did was to tell me that the car I was interested in wasn't available. She did not point me to a car that was available or direct me to someone on the sales team who could help me. I finally called the dealership and spoke to Brad. When I explained my situation--that my car had been totaled and I had no other car--he went out of his way to try to find me a car. He then put me in touch with Marcus DeOliveira, who was extremely helpful and found me a car that was exactly what I wanted. He even drove my car to me on his day off so that I would not have to be car-less for one more day! I am giving Customer Service 5 stars in spite of Chelsie Alvarez, not because of her. Everyone except Chelsie went out of their way to help me. More

I was lucky enough to find the vehicle that I found on the internet still at the dealership. The first question I asked Nathan Ingram was, "Can I put a down payment and then return to pay it off and drive the internet still at the dealership. The first question I asked Nathan Ingram was, "Can I put a down payment and then return to pay it off and drive it home?" He said yes! That is exactly what happened. Nathan is so charming and down to Earth friendly, that we talked about everything under the sun. I was so impressed, I took my family to meet him the day I came to pay it off. There were no intimidation tactics used to purchase more than I needed. I am very happy with my new "used" vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends! Although I purchased a used Honda, my other choice of a vehicle is and would have been a Toyota. More
