He saw the vehicle listing was still available, went back the next day, and the vehicle was indeed still there. Ms. Tarrow completed the sale. A poor decision by Ms. Castillo, not to mention biased and based on negative customer profiling. Of course a huge mistake as she then missed out on the sale. Perhaps some learnings around “stress-free” sales experiences that she claims to provide in her profile are in need of a refresh. I’m actually surprised my parents decided to go through with the sale at this dealership, so Suburban should consider themselves lucky. More
