He was friendly , professional, and helpful in helping us to pick the right car. The financing people were very kind in answering all of our questions. Every employee at Grinwald Ford treated us as though we were important and it was easy to see they aimed to please us. Bill Maron spent much time trying to come up with cars he knew we might like. We narrowed it down to two Edges. We have now had our new Edge for a week and we are learning more about it each day and really enjoy making this choice and working with Bill.
