I will never go back there and have made sure to let all my friends and family know. they do not communicate at all. I had to email the salesman to see what stage my vehicle was at so I knew when about it would be coming in. He would ignore me for weeks then he would tell me the wrong news all the time. he tells me my car wasn't even ordered yet 2 months after i ordered it and put down a down payment. That was on a Wednesday and then calls me the following Monday and says your car is here. I was trading in my old car and the finance girl calls to see when i will be in to sign papers. Never once did they give me a price for my trade in till I asked them for it. When I picked up the vehicle the whole thing was not gone through with me. The salesman was in a hurry I guess to get back to his desk car. Never given anything free - like oil changes or anything. I will NEVER EVER go to Wheelers again!! It made me pick at least one star. Believe me I would give them ZERO stars More
