We thought we were getting a good deal, opted for no added warranty’s/insurances/add ons (wasn’t a fan of how much they pushed them on us) we were happy with the deal, then comes Chas and changes the whole thing which to me was unprofessional, why shake on a deal and then say oh never mind ? Oh I know it must be because we opted out for all their extra crap. Also the way we felt belittled saying “oh well what’s your plan B, you’re going to be paying more somewhere else” like we had no other option, It’s okay we went across the street and purchased a Hyundai Sonata which we are super happy with :-) we don’t mind paying a little bit more for integrity. More
