I was not impressed with the communication with the service representative during the repair of my 2019 Silverado. Customers can't reach you. Poor automated phone prompts. Long wait times. A sensor was not connected correctly and I was charged $500.00 to have it plugged in and reset. I will not being using your services in the future. More
