Mercedes of Silver Spring is great to deal with on a new car I looked briefly at the Mercedes of Annapolis, which is a 10 minute walk from our house. I drove to Silver Spring Mercedes to look at some low mileag I looked briefly at the Mercedes of Annapolis, which is a 10 minute walk from our house. I drove to Silver Spring Mercedes to look at some low mileage used cars I had seen on their website. After meeting Charlie Miller, I identified him as the sales person I wanted to work closely with on a car and the transaction. Charlie was great, very genuine and went out of his way to work with me to ensure I was satisfied. He has great knowledge of the cars and the dealership, and we closed the transaction with no issues whatsoever. Being a retired sales person myself, I scrutinize the sales people I deal with and he has rock solid character and I trusted him thoroughly. You can't go wrong with Charlie. Take my word for it.
