They made good on their mistakes in the end. Issues were lapses in communication, long wait times to actually get the vehicle due to waiting for parts and not registering it or checkung vin. Mistaken info as to what service was initially done, takes a long time to get sales and service info coordinated. Very frustrating and seemed like things were done at last minute and you have to keep on them or else youll be waiting a long time for information. I gave them alot of flack for this so they agtreed to make my first payment. Also get the warranty if its used! More

My experience purchasing a vehicle here was disappointing overall. The process felt very unorganized, with a clear lack of setting expectations from the start. Communication was inconsistent and often unclear, which made what should have been an exciting purchase unnecessarily frustrating. What stood out most was the poor communication throughout the process and a response that felt unrepentant when concerns were raised. While the sales staff was friendly, the overall handling of the transaction did not meet expectations. I hope improvements are made to better support future customers. More
