This was our very first experience with Clinton Honda and our first Honda purchase. We considered them because of the positive reviews from other people we know that have dealt with them. We were not expecti our first Honda purchase. We considered them because of the positive reviews from other people we know that have dealt with them. We were not expecting to buy a new vehicle just yet but due to Ford recalling and offering us a buyout on our minivan, we decided to go with something more true and reliable and have heard great things about Hondas as well as Toyotas but liked the features Hondas had to offer more than Toyota. My husband's first visit to the dealership, was disappointing as he almost left after being there for 10 minutes and hadn't been approached yet but just when he was considering leaving, Charlie finished up with a customer and approached him. That was good for both my husband and Charlie. We had a very positive experience overall and the process went very smoothly. We felt Charlie was fair in his pricing and a great person to work with. He was dealing with other people besides us but we felt he was careful to make us feel we were just as important as the next customer. More
