I’ve had some bad experiences recently at another local dealership, so when my car started giving me issues and I wanted to explore some options for a new or new to me vehicle, I stopped into Fairfield. Chuck Wood greeted us warmly on the lot and asked if we would sit down for a few minutes and talk to him about what we were looking for. Within minutes Chuck showed us 3 options and set us up to test drive them. When we returned with one, the next one was ready and warmed up for us. Chuck was friendly, understanding and very helpful. I know we took up a lot of his time with trying to navigate getting my car in from another shop, but he was nothing but caring and helpful from the time we walked in until we left in our new car. He helped my wife understand all the features and it really helped us pick the car that was right for us. Financing and paperwork was easy, and Chuck quickly restored my faith that there are still some good dealers out there! If you need a car, see Chuck! More
