Hi Mr. Quick, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry that you have experienced issues with our service department. I understand that you've had some issues with your alternator, which has subsequently caused battery issues. We pride ourselves on quality service on every vehicle that comes through our service lane, including the parts that we use. The last time you spoke with one of our managers, Matt England, he offered to refund the cost of the battery replacement, and that offer still stands. You also expressed a desire to not be contacted again, and we will respect that wish.
