I brought my car in for regular maintenance package along with oil change and when I got my car from them, the car would not start. The employee at the desk said they would check on it, came back in 5 minute with oil change and when I got my car from them, the car would not start. The employee at the desk said they would check on it, came back in 5 minutes and said that the mechanics may have run the battery down because they left something on so they jump started it and it should be fine, but if I wanted to get my battery checked it would be an extra $50. I have never had any issue with my car, this being the first time when it is being returned to me after having serviced. I did not feel that it was fair for them to charge me to check my battery when they were the ones who caused the problem. More

Overall the experience with our sales consultant and Annapolis Hyundai were good. The only glitch, which is why they did not receive a five star rating, was this. Once they discovered that 2024 rebate was less, they called us the next day with their mistake that the car would cost $2,500 more. After push back from us they took an extra $500 off. More
