Highly Recommend! Charles is down to earth, easy to talk and low pressure. We would definitely deal with him again. After our purchase, We noticed the outside mirror Charles is down to earth, easy to talk and low pressure. We would definitely deal with him again. After our purchase, We noticed the outside mirrors were not working well and Jacob had the mechanism replaced. Since we bought the car just before the Covid 19 lockdown, We delayed replacing the mirrors and had hardly driven the car for 3 months. However, we did notice one tire was a little low when we bought it and filled it right away. We noticed a month later it was low again. It apparently had an extremely slow leak. When taking the car to get the mirrors replaced, the leak was so little they could not detect it. However, two weeks later, the tire was considerably low on air. We took it in and they could then see the problem but it was not repairable and the tire needed to be replaced. In the end, they replaced the tire at no charge even though it was more than a few months past the sale date. More
