Phillip is a very efficient service writer. he is honest,explains needs & time lines clearly. I feel he tries to put himself into his explanation of the owners maintenance needs and why each ne he is honest,explains needs & time lines clearly. Well, I was going to be in need of a vehicle pretty soon as I was told after a service check. I surely did not want to have another vehicle payment so soon just having paid for the one I was in.
