Excellent Customer Service From the moment I walked in everyone was smiling and waiting to help. When I was introduced to Charles he was at the ready to help me pick out the rig From the moment I walked in everyone was smiling and waiting to help. When I was introduced to Charles he was at the ready to help me pick out the right car that I was looking for. He was friendly and listened to what I wanted not what he wanted me to buy. He said if I didn't see what I wanted he would locate it for me while I was there. It was nice to know that I could test drive multiple vehicles if I needed. That helped make my choice easier knowing how each one handled. When it came to paperwork time Charles explained everything to me and I wasnt pushed off to someone else. I found the car I wanted, I was so happy that Charles was there to help and that made my experience the best! I can drive my new vehicle and enjoy because I don't feel like I was pressured.
