I asked that Charles would give me a few weeks to test drive all of my options. I went to other dealerships, but they weren't as personable as Charles. Charles followed up, and I told him I'd call when I was ready to come in; he did not hound me every other day like the others. When I was ready, Charles was very patient with me. I'm very picky, and he was beyond patient. More time was spent deciding on which Cherokee to purchase than anything.
