There was never any back and forth between him and management. Everyone was very friendly and never pushy. The manager came up several times to check in on us to make sure we were happy. Charles is great, very honest, down to earth, and willing to work with us to make sure we were happy. I will recommend him to my friends and family in the future and this dealership. Also, Tenita was very helpful in explaining all of the accessories in my new vehicle, she took her time and was very thorough and patient. 2019 Ram 1500 Rebel Purchase My wife and I went to the dealer with the intent of doing some pricing on a Ram for a future purchase (I had already done a lot of this online). I fou My wife and I went to the dealer with the intent of doing some pricing on a Ram for a future purchase (I had already done a lot of this online). I found that the prices listed on the Bettenhausen website were accurate to what they would sell the car for and did not include the many discounts that I would not qualify for that most dealers use to false advertise low prices. I appreciated the transparency and was able to work with Charles to come to a great price on the vehicle I wanted. Charles was extremely patient with us and made every effort to get us into the truck we wanted for the price we felt comfortable with. The dealership itself was very clean, the employees were friendly, and the staff was quick to bring us the inventory we were interested in test driving. I had a great experience and would certainly purchase from Bettenhausen again in the future. More
