We decided to explore this and were pleasantly surprised with the low pressure approach. We also met with Rocky DeLeon in sales. Nick listened to our wants and needs and after a test drive, we agreed on a price and ended up with a 2020 Ioniq. I recently was hospitalized and told the salesman I did not want to be there 4 hours.
