The first time a bought a car here in 2016, it was a great experience. This time,not so much. Hard sell tactics, good cop/bad cop routine with Finance guy ( I have credit score of 790). Finance guy was great experience. This time,not so much. Hard sell tactics, good cop/bad cop routine with Finance guy ( I have credit score of 790). Finance guy was rude and unprofessional. I finally worked a deal, they delivered the car and promised to send paperwork. It's been almost 2 weeks,several emails and a couple of phone calls to the GM himself who promised to send it, and he never bothered to send it or reply to me. I won't buy from these people again. By the way, this is my 5th Hyundai. I love their cars but finding a reputable dealer is getting harder and harder. More
