When I’ve shopped and purchased luxury cars in the past I have never experienced such amateur work. I expected better. Instead of crossing their Ts, they moved completely backwards ran my credit, removed my trade in tags, detailed my new car, approved me and then realized that they didn’t know how to do trade ins with Maryland registration. I’m so taken aback by incompetence. Never again! They didn’t apologize for having me at the dealership for 7 hours- 2 days… CRAZY. More
