This is how customer service should be done We have shopped for many cars at many different dealerships over the years but this was by far our best experience. We were originally targeting 2 different car companies until one of our sons recommended we give Subaru a try before ruling them out. Although it was an hour drive for us, he specifically mentioned Valley Subaru. Kelly Ashby and Charles Camp were absolutely great in working with us to come in for a test drive. When we came in we worked with Frank Smith and Helen Shibut who were both very patient in answering any questions. Frank assisted us on the test drive and showed us the many new features of our new Forester. Helen helped us through the mounds of paperwork required for financing our new vehicle. Frank and Helen were a joy to work with and both told us to reach out to them with any further questions we may have. Everyone we met while there greeted us and smiled making us feel very comfortable. In fact we arrived first thing in the morning and stayed a good part of the day. We are both in customer service jobs and we have always felt we should treat people the way we would want to be treated. Frank, Helen, Kelly, Charles, and everyone else at Valley Subaru did exactly that and more. Thank you all so much for your awesome assistance in helping us purchase our new Forester! More
