I was offered the vehicle, exactly as I wanted it equipped, at a very fair price. A similarly fair price was also offered for the vehicle that I traded in. When I went to the dealership to pick up the vehicle, I was treated courteously. There were absolutely no surprises in the purchase process and it was handled in an efficient manner, The salesman who handled the sale was through and could not have been more pleasant. This was definitely how a car-buying experience should be...thoroughly enjoyable! I have not used the dealership's service department due to the long distance that I live from it. My first visit was in April to see if they had the STi in stock. Like most Subaru dealerships, this car was not on the lot. I explained to them what I was looking for and how I wanted my car built. Within minutes we had my vehicle ordered, an agreed upon price, and paperwork for me to take home. Bi-weekly, if not weekly, they informed me of the status of my vehicle. Roughly 8 weeks later my vehicle arrived!! Frank, Charles, Branden, and Kevin deserve a lot of recognition. They made the wait and purchase extremely painless, but most of all they were genuine people. You can tell that these gentlemen want to make every customer extremely happy from the moment you meet them. If you're looking for a Subaru...GO TO VALLEY. Thanks again guys! More
