After a couple of minutes, he also asked us to bring around the car seat to make sure that it fits the way we would like it to. That helped us narrow it down to the Tundra we wanted. Finally, his management/finance team were able to provide us a really good trade-in for our car and rebate for the truck. Plus add a military/veteran discount, they put the cost within our range. My wife and I decided we needed an SUV to accommodate our growing family. We heard great things about this dealership from friends and neighbors, and decided to check it out. After comparing inventories and pricing, we made our way over to Toyota of Gladstone for a test drive. Manuel set up an appointment for us to meet with our assigned Toyota sales rep, Wendel. We had questions regarding various SUV models, but Wendel was patient and provided the necessary info to make our decision easier. He allowed us to test drive the vehicle we were interested in on our own. We truly appreciate the push-free nature of Toyota of Gladstone, which is getting rare these days. We were able to get a natural feel for the 4runner on our own, while also practicing social distancing ;) The dealership was maintaining proper protocols for wiping down tables and surfaces, and doing it's best to provide a sanitary environment. After deciding on the right vehicle for our family needs, Wendel got us the right model, package, and color we wanted.....for the right price. Finance Manager Rudy was prompt, professional, and took great care of my wife and I. Rudy got us a deal that made us comfortable with the final price, down payment, and monthly cost without any added pressure. The manager Charity introduced herself to us after the sale, went over vehicle specs with us, and made sure the Gladstone team provided us with exceptional service.
