I’m actually upset that I am writing this review because two years ago I left a 5 star review and had a great experience. I went back and bought another car from them a week and a half ago and it was a nigh two years ago I left a 5 star review and had a great experience. I went back and bought another car from them a week and a half ago and it was a nightmare. To be fair my sales person Chantelle was great but it all went down hill when I went to finance and dealt with Ozzie. Im embarrassed to say I trusted him and didn’t read every detail and he snuck in 5 additional warranties equaling over $9,000. As I said I’m embarrassed that I let it happen. Fortunately all but one were able to be canceled. He also played with the sales price which I’m not sure how he came to because he won’t call me back. Once I went home and reviewed all details I called and emailed Ozzie, Chantelle and the GM. Ozzie refuses to take my call and won’t reply to an email. Chantelle is the only one that has responded apologizing but it is out of her control. The finance director Lala sent me an email Saturday asking when would be a good time to talk not sure why they couldn’t just pick up the phone but I responded immediately and said any time this weekend or Monday after 10am and guess what no call. After reading reviews and doing other investigating this is what they do. I tried really hard to solve the issue and be polite and not leave negative reviews but of course they left me no choice. Please Please don’t be stupid like me read everything and do not trust anyone that works there they are beyond shady!!!! More

From the moment we met **Chantelle**, we knew we were in good hands. She wasn’t just trying to “sell” us anything—she genuinely *listened*. Patient, kind, and incredibly dedicated, she took her time to unde good hands. She wasn’t just trying to “sell” us anything—she genuinely *listened*. Patient, kind, and incredibly dedicated, she took her time to understand what we truly needed, not just what was on the lot. What stood out the most was her sincerity. She wasn’t pushy, never rushed us, and always made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. You could tell she had a good heart and that she was seeking the *right* fit for us, not just a quick deal. Because of Chantelle, we didn’t just walk away with one car—we trusted her so much that we bought *two*. People like her are rare in this industry. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy, safe, and actually enjoyable. I’m forever grateful for her time, patience, and the way she made us feel like family. Even my 1 year old that doesn’t like anyone but her close ones fell in love with Chantelle. Chantelle is a genuine soul. Grateful! Arrigo a gem! More
