After negotiating for a new truck and driving it home, I got a call that they sold me someone else’s vehicle. Everyone blaming each other and apologizing but in the end nothing but empty promises. All they wanted to do was sell me another truck. Everyone acted concerned… but it was obvious that no one cared. Only concerned with selling another unit. Zero chance I ever set foot there again. Very sad . More

I flat out was never going to purchase another vehicle from Arrigo again and as chance has it I called to have my Truck appraised. She exceeded any expectation that I could have even thought of setting. The absolutely most personable, professional person to deal with.
