After checking out multiple cars in my local area and not finding one that drew my attention, I decided to expand my search and stumbled upon the Auto Direct Cars website. There I found a variety of cars that interested me, but the 2005 Scion tC stood out the most. My first visit to the dealership was to inspect the vehicle and was quite surprised by the size of the dealership. The car looked exactly as pictured and I was surprised once again by how well-maintained the car was for being a 2005. I returned a few days later to purchase the vehicle. On both visits, I was met and assisted by friendly and helpful gentlemen who provided a very comfortable environment. They even went out of there way to take the vehicle to the gas station to fill the tank and check the tire pressure as well as a complete system inspection before I drove the car home. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends or family looking for an affordable and good quality vehicle. More

When I saw the van I wanted, I was very pleased because it was one with the low mileage I wanted (less than 60,000) and the price was good. Even though I had to purchase a warranty, I was ok with this since the auto came with a clean carfax report. I also appreciated the fact that both the mileage and price were quoted. Some other vans that looked good with low mileage did not give price. In fact, almost all, if not all, with low mileage had no price -- you had to call. I am a no-nonsence person who doesn't like to go through unneccessary steps, so I was turned off by this. I was able to reach someone at Auto Direct, Bob, right away to set up an appointment. After doing so, I realized I had not checked dealership out with BBB; something I always do now, having been burned so many times before. I did, and to my surprise, not only was Auto Direct listed, but they had an "A-" rating. I thought I was seeing things. This is unheard of for a used auto dealership! I think I closed out and came back two more times to make sure I wasn't seeing things. When I was sure of it, I shared this info. with my husband and I could tell he was much more at ease about me getting the car. Bob told me what I needed to bring if I was serious about purchasing this vehicle, and said his son, Chad, would work with us. Chad, came outside to meet us, when I called and said we were on the lot. He was refreshingly professional, providing us with info. on other vehicles he thought we might be interested in; everyone treated us as if we had just purchased a brad new car. After we arrived at home, we noticed a chip in the glass, very small crack, but before I could call, Bob contacted me to see if we were happy with everything. (Who does that?). When I told him about the crack, he didn't just apologize, but told me who to call and said he would pay for it. I was very happy to hear that and told him so. His reply, "I told you, I'm in it for the long haul." This will be our dealership from now on. Other dealerships should read Auto Direct reviews and try to follow suit. For sure, they'd have less headaches and much happier customers. More

My buying experience could not have been more pleasant had I had planned it. I walked into the sales office & mentioned a few cars I had seen on their website. After trying to get some insight from the sales person(who was relaxed & straightfoward,in a professional manner) ,he grabbed a few keys & lead me over to the areas where the vehicles were at. At this point he told me to take all the time I needed to look at the cars & If I needed any info or wanted to take a test drive to come in ,so that I might do so! After deciding that I was interested test driving a very "clean"(inside & out)2003 Hyudai Sonata, I let the salesperson(Chad)know so that he could have a few vehicles moved . After a satisfying test drive I decided that this was the vehicle I wanted .WeS shook hands upon my confirmation of my decision & went on to finish the business portion of my car buying transaction. Everyone is super friendly, their office was very warm and welcoming, and I was even contacted days after my purchase to make sure I was happy with my purchase, and that I liked the car. When I made my decision on the car I wanted to purchase, they explained every in extensive detail, and made sure I knew exactly what I was signing. They don't force anything on you, they don't try to force you to buy anything unnecessary (once again, unlike other dealerships). I will definitely never go to anyone else but them. I loved the experience, and I will definitely make sure I recommend all friends and family to them. More

My experience was very good from beginning to end. Cars that are advertised are available (no bait and switch), the prices were on the lower side compared to other dealers I checked. When I expressed concern that the vehicle would need to pass PA inspection, Bob had it inspected (in PA) and had the oil changed as well. I felt very comfortable - not at all pressured, and was treated as a valued car buyer, not just a woman. I just got back from my own mechanic who checked the car out for me and he says it's a sound vehicle with no problems. Thank you Bob & Chad. More

There are a lot of dealers on that particular site. I love the site, but buyer beware - go physically check the sellers out - at least do a "drive buy." Chad (part of the father-son team of Bob/Chad @ Auto Direct) was frank with me from the get-go - they don't deviate from their advertised price; The price they advertise online was the price you pay - take it or leave it (politely). That's OK, the price - for a 1999 Nissan Pathfinder SE, V6, auto, loaded (leather, 4WD & Bose) in my case - was fair, at just about market price as I researched it. My plan was to find 10 vehicles that I liked, narrow it down by price and geography to seven and then test drive five. I found three I was ready to buy and then I actually decided to go with the Pathfinder at Auto Direct because I appreciated the attention to detail and no-nonsense approach they take there. Very good experience overall. More
