My first day there, Steve Arnold, who responded to an online inquiry of mine, met me and set me up with one of his colleagues (because I was much later than I'd said I'd be). When I made up my mind and came back, Steve made sure I got exactly what I wanted, and that I felt like I was getting a good deal (I did) the whole way through. He and his colleagues, from the detail team through financing and even the sales managers, were fantastic. I have complete confidence that if I have any issues after the sale, Steve is going to make sure I'm taken care of (I heard him take a message from a former customer from two years back who needed his help; remembered exactly who the guy was).
