D’ Angelo Wilson What should have been an easy clean automobile purchase...But not at Space Coast Honda. I summited an internet inquiry at 8:30 am. D’ Angelo Wilson responded with a email and a phone call shortly thereafter. He quoted us on the vehicle that I inquired about from www.spacecoasthonda.com. At approximately 4:30 I called and he confirmed the vehicle was on the lot and available for purchase. I let him let him know we were interested and going to submit the online credit application and make a plan to come down to see the vehicle today. I called him shortly thereafter to let him know we were on our way and to have the vehicle out front and ready to go. He told us he was not going to be there for our visit and nervously flipped us to another sales person. I asked D’ Angelo to make sure that the vehicle would be ready for delivery since he would not be available. He then informed me that the car wasn’t there and had been sold. Really? In the last 5 minutes? This vehicle was for my wife. She called and spoke with Chad Reed, Sales Manager and was told that the vehicle we had been quoted an internet purchase price on had been sold days ago. He was apologetic and I appreciate that. The point is that our salesperson did not take the time or energy to treat potential customers with respect. Time is very valuable and he wasted our time... Why? Senseless lack of regard for others. Chad mentioned a different vehicle that was available that they would be happy to deal with us on. It makes one wonder if all this was just to get us there... This is poor business practice, plain and simple. Gerald More
