Plus, the complimentary, 20yr / 200,000 mile power train warranty didn't hurt to get with our purchase either. I appreciated all of Steve's efforts, including times I know he was not working in the office and possibly on his "off" hours, but he still took care of business by answering emails and texts, to make everything just right. That's dedication. He kept me in the loop with all his numerous updates via email, texts, and phone calls, from start to finish. A concern started with my optional remote start install but was quickly remediated and put right back on track and moving in the right direction by both Steve and Chad. When Steve was away, he must of coordinated with Chad Millhollin, who called and really made a positive difference in my experience. He took the time to understand my issues and dug right into my concerns and made me know.... by his phone conversations and actions, that I made the right decision to buy here at Toyota of Des Moines. Right now, either salesman will be my first choice when we come back. I really appreciate both of their efforts to smooth all bumps in this transaction quickly.
