Great First Experience at Metro Toyota On December 1, 2018, we had our first experience at Metro Toyota. We were looking to lease a 2018 RAV4 to replace the RAV4 we had on which the lease h On December 1, 2018, we had our first experience at Metro Toyota. We were looking to lease a 2018 RAV4 to replace the RAV4 we had on which the lease had expired. We received some initial pricing online from the dealership online from Andrew Miller so we had a ballpark range of what to expect when we visited the dealership. We were greeted warmly by Product Specialist Robert Saponari who provided information about pricing and handled delivery and instructions regarding the features of the new vehicle. We discussed price with Mr. Saponari and Sales Manager Chad Higgins, and agreed to a price after exchanging information about our expectations regarding price, and what the dealership was able to offer in terms of price. Based on our prior experience with other dealerships regarding other vehicles, negotiation of the price went fairly smoothly. We look forward to trying the dealership's service department, and would definitely consider doing business with this dealership in the future. More
