Service on car very good but no help on other concerns. As always, I think the service on my car at Metro is super and that is a major reason I buy my car there. However, I had two concerns that I got little or no help with. One was the extended service contract I had on my past two cars. Both of these cars were totaled at less that 50,000 miles and I was seeking an extended service contract on this car at a discounted or no price. The service people referred me to the finance department who claimed no responsibility or knowledge and referred me to Toyota Customer Service.i do not consider that a valid answer. “I will look into that and get back to you” is what I expect. The other concern was setting my car up for Entunes. The lady who was helping Sarah Byrne on April 23, 2019 said she could help me, but couldn’t. The ratings below on the service center apply only to the area that services cars, not the administration. More

I was originally planning on getting a sedan in an effort to decrease my monthly payments but they were able to find a Tacoma that fit my desired price range and I am grateful to still be driving a truck I love. They were also very accommodating in helping me turn in my 2016 Tacoma which was leased in Florida. I feel relieved to know that my lease termination has been handled correctly. Honest, helpful, and effecient I went into the dealership with a good idea of what I was looking for. I never had purchased a car from a dealership before, but I wanted to have acc I went into the dealership with a good idea of what I was looking for. I never had purchased a car from a dealership before, but I wanted to have access to a great warranty/care plan, and I knew the value of owning a Toyota. My personal friend had dealt with my salesperson when he purchased a car and they were able to find him something that met his needs and fit his budget. The dealership was able to finance me a model of a car that I fallen in love with when I had it as a rental. I was surprised how low the cost ultimately ended up being. I live on the east side, near Motorcars Toyota, but it was worth the trip to the west side for my experience at Metro Toyota. I have and will definitely continue to recommend it to friends. Put me down as another satisfied customer. More
