I just have to say I’m beyond happy to be in my Durango and it’s all thanks to John Pepitone. This will be my second time dealing with John who got me in my first Durango which it wouldn’t of happened if n and it’s all thanks to John Pepitone. John’s an all around great guy who I can say for the first time dealing with salesmen I have full trust in him and what he does best which is getting the job done. Just like the first time John stuck with me and got me exactly what I wanted an more. I know John,Chang and Casey really went the extra mile to close this deal. I’ve dealt with a lot of dealerships through the years and this dealership is the best. It’s a whole different vibe there and it makes you feel comfortable.I’d recommend them to everybody. Well I’m loving my new truck now but I look forward to dealing with John an the crew next time. It’s always a great experience. More

I called dealership to confirm that te vehicle was there and the price. I spoke with a rep who went around the dealership and asked all the questions I had for him regarding incentives. I found out I was el and the price. I spoke with a rep who went around the dealership and asked all the questions I had for him regarding incentives. I found out I was eligible for all incentives. I was email the price of the vehicle which was the same that the rep quoted and scheduled an appointment for the same day to purchase. I get to the dealership, which is not that close to me, and they would not honor the price I was given. The manager, Casey Waller, said I was not give a quote to which I provide an email from Town and Country. He also proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to use Chrysler financing for my purchase I would have to pay 10% more than the sticker price. This was because there was a person also there purchasing an identical truck to which I was looking to buy. Casey felt that I should pay more because paid the other guy paid more. My quote was disregarded. I felt so deceived. Again, I showed the manager my email quote for todays price to which my sales rep confirmed that I was quoted that price and all notes of my calls were in the system. Very dishonorable! More
