I have a recall and The TSB bulletin I pulled from the National Highway Trafffic Safety Administration they refused to take my truck . I called ford manufacturer and they told me that they are not suppose National Highway Trafffic Safety Administration they refused to take my truck . I called ford manufacturer and they told me that they are not suppose to do this . Also on top of this they made me a appointment on a Thursday to come in for a Monday for 9am so when I got there I was there for about 30 mins then they tell me that they refuse to work on my car and fix the Tsb bulletin for my truck. First time going to this place . More

Ridiculous Parts Department. Called in looking for engine mounts on an Explorer. Provided last 8 of Vin, the guy gives me a price and I ask for the part number to confirm this is the passenger engine mount. mounts on an Explorer. Provided last 8 of Vin, the guy gives me a price and I ask for the part number to confirm this is the passenger engine mount. The employee literally tells me they don’t give out part numbers! I call 2 other local Ford dealers and they had no issue giving me the part number and price. I’ve never had this issue with ANY other Ford, Honda, Hyundai, or Toyota dealer. What does this tell you about this employee in the Parts department? Simply doesn’t want to provide a part number for you to shop around elsewhere. Turns out that the Ford dealership in Quincy was cheaper and had no issue providing that part number. I’ll never do business with this Ford dealer again. More

Service department is/was the best !! Trying to find a Rav 4 tire. Made a half a dozen calls before I reached Casey from the Braintree service department. Although he too did not have the tire, Casey did a search to find the tire. It wasn't his problem being a Ford dealership and the tire needed was a Toyota. Best service department I talked to all morning and in a long time. Thank-you Casey for knowing the deffinition of the word service and helping. I will be bringing my car into your dealership to be serviced in the future. I am overdue for the oil change etc. Thank-you Kathleen C More
