This was the cleanest car sales experience I have ever seen. Casey was direct, responsive and did not use fear tactics, bait and switch, or confusion during the entire sales process. In comparison, multiple other dealers used scare tactics and played hardball, ultimately losing my business. I would not recommend any other Toyota dealer in the area other than Gladstone. More

Was my first time working with a dealership in the Portland area after moving from Arkansas. I told the dealer over the phone what I was looking for, and he found one they had on the lot immediately.
