Well, the customer specialist (Serralyn) was great and not too pushy. Once we'd decided on a vehicle, we were disappointed at how long it took to get to the actual purchase. We had to wait 3 hours longer than expected, and some of this time was listening to unnecessary points from the sales manager (Carson) about how their prices were lower than other dealers, plus trying to sell us add ons we didn't need. Not sure what the point of Carson's visit was. He argued with us about the rate of our loan from the credit union, and was wrong. Then the financial guy Tim needed to confirm the options we'd already declined all over again, taking more time. My wife had to leave early due to an appointment and the lengthy transaction, meaning we had to sign the paperwork separately and return it on Sunday. It could have been a more enjoyable experience overall if it had gone quicker. Sorry to sound negative but that's what we left with. More
