Very disappointing experience on 8/15/26. I went in to test drive a new 2026 Honda CR-V. The salesperson asked me 3–4 times, “Are you going to buy the car if you like it?” I said, “I’m here t I went in to test drive a new 2026 Honda CR-V. The salesperson asked me 3–4 times, “Are you going to buy the car if you like it?” I said, “I’m here to buy a car.” He replied, “That’s what everyone says.” He wouldn’t let me test drive it without committing to buy. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. More

Carson is a standup guy and with his hard work and determination to suit me with the best car possible, he made achievable for me. We jumped through some high hurdles but at the end of the day I drove off in my new 2020 Buick Encore😮💨 Carson is my superhero and saved me from having to find ways to and from work on such short notice because my car decided to take its last breath two days before the start of my work week began. I was very adamant on getting a suv because big mama can’t drive a small meep meep vehicle, my thanks to Carson is this great review and I baked cookies for him and some of the crew :) More
