Excellent service as always! We have 3 Mazdas and all of them get serviced at Liberty! Jason Secor is the nicest and most helpful Service Manager I have ever met. To be honest this was my worst experience with the service department. I bought my car 10 years ago from you and have always had great service but it is obvious that you are short staffed and I heard service department. I bought my car 10 years ago from you and have always had great service but it is obvious that you are short staffed and I heard it over and over from everyone I talked to but that shouldn't be an excuse for poor service. It is not my fault as the customer that you only have one or 2 people working. I had to consistently check on my car while you had it for 4 days and had to leave numerous messages with no return calls. I was told I would have my car back on Monday afternoon or Tuesday at the latest and I never even got a call giving me any updates! On Wednesday I finally had a salesperson walk over and physically get someone to answer my call in service. I'm not upset that my car took longer.... it was the lack of communication letting me know what was going on. I'm ready to purchase a new vehicle shortly (the 50) and I'm not sure I would purchase from Liberty with the kind of service I received this time. More
