Excellent Buying Experience Then I was Screwed! I was in the market for a new Hyundai Palisade. I tried the car purchase service through my warehouse club, but just kept getting the usual dealership I was in the market for a new Hyundai Palisade. I tried the car purchase service through my warehouse club, but just kept getting the usual dealership double talk and run around. Finally I found some Palisades at Jenkins online. After a few short emails with Sales Manager Reagan Dean, we agreed on a price. He set me up to come in and meet with Salesperson Carolyn Davis, who could not have been more helpful. Jenkins had 20! Palisades in stock. Most dealers have 1-3. It was easy to find the model we wanted, equipped the way we wanted. Carolyn was extremely helpful with no pressure. After returning from the test drive we had a short meeting again with Reagan Dean, and got a fair price for our trade, consistent with KBB valuation. A shout out also to finance manager Charles for getting us 1.9% financing! Carolyn has followed up with us since our purchase twice, once by phone, once by snail mail. Service like this is so rare anymore. Highly recommend Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala, and Carolyn Dean if you are in the market for a new car. More
