The engine in my 2013 Hyundai Sonata froze while driving. I had to be towed to Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala. Upon entering the dealership i was met by Aaron Fields who I knew from years past when he handle my se I had to be towed to Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala. Upon entering the dealership i was met by Aaron Fields who I knew from years past when he handle my service. Aaron was aware of the problem and introduced me to his service person Francesca Stone. I was completely taken care of and assure my engine would be replaced. Francesca set me up with a Hertz rental. Francesca was in contact with me regarding the completion of the work on my car. Upon my return both Aaron and Francesca greeted me. Francesca handled my checking out and had my car promptly delivered. This was a professional and excellent example of good service. I am a Jenkins of Ocala Hyundai owner since 2006. Carolyn Davis has also been very helpful in the past. More

We Love Jenkins Hyundai! We have been loyal customers of this dealership for many years and many cars. We recently purchased a new car. Rocky DeLeon had the car and paperwork We have been loyal customers of this dealership for many years and many cars. We recently purchased a new car. Rocky DeLeon had the car and paperwork ready for us as we made our 90 min drive to the dealership. From the receptionist down to the management (!) we have always been treated with the utmost respect. We drive the 90 minutes to this service dealership to buy our cars and to get them serviced there. Crazy? Not when you are dealing with a first class dealership! Thank you. More
