I factory order a 2022 Forester Wilderness edition in October, on Dec 15 it finally came in. I worked with Rachel as it was the second car we bought from her. All I have to say is she is the best sales representative I have ever worked with. She was able to tell me to the day when my Forester would get here. There was no pressure in buying anything that I didn’t need or want. She answered any questions I had. Gretchen was also awesome she got my interest rate down 3% low then my credit union. They also didn’t charge over MSRP which is a rarity these days. I will continue to buy cars from Rachel, Gretchen and Premier Subaru. More

I must say my experience was indeed excellent. I drove two hours to look at car in their inventory that was just what I wanted. When we walked in, we were met by Rachel who was immediately attentive to my two hours to look at car in their inventory that was just what I wanted. When we walked in, we were met by Rachel who was immediately attentive to my request and didn't play any funny business about other cars or options. Although the price was a bit too high for me, she reached out a few days later when they had reduced the price a bit (just to move it off the lot I suspect). Now with the price point within my grasp, she worked with me to get me all the papers and forms I needed without driving two hours again. She even helped me expedite the process on her day off, answering calls and emails and sending additional data for my bank. When I picked up the car it was prestine inside and out. Can't thank Rachel and Premier enough. More

Excellent job , Could not be happier!
