The sales manager who closed the deal was wonderful too. Before I selected my car, I did internet research on the Subaru and for me it was a synchronizing experience with the car I chose. This is because I had been researching all the dealerships in the tri-state area and found a few on the internet I was interested in, the particular car I did select was the same one i kept going back to. When I was testing the car I was shocked to find that it was the same car I looked at many times over a 2 month period--that's when I knew that it was the one. Sherry the Finance Manager was friendly,warm, knew her business and positive. Was good to work with and got me to relax. I hope this good service continues and if the brand lives up to its name, (my first foreign car before), and the dealership, then in the immortal words of Arnold Schwarzenegger "I'll be back"! Now I needed a car recently, walked in and Carmine directed me to a member of his staff, Pat. I am impressed with the way Carmines team, especially Pat, respond to what customers really want. Pat was extremely patient with me while deciding the right car I wanted. Never did I feel pressed to choose a model or options I did not need or want. Pat delivered input as invaluable information to me and let me decide what was best.
