Overall a good experience Carlos, our Sales Representative was very thorough in explaining the process. He was very professional and straight forward which was appreciated. He was patient and answered all of our questions and asked if we had anymore questions or needed any more info to just ask. The process overall up until the Financing piece was pretty seamless. It was a rainy day we were the first customers of the day and first to get out paperwork sent to Finance. It still took almost two hours for them to get approval and call us back to finalize. I realize that they are somewhat at the mercy of how long it takes the lending institutions to get back to them, however, with an 821 Credit score and all pertinent documents in hand one can only wonder if they were extremely busy how long it would have taken. This was the only negative part of the experience. Got a great car at a great price. More

Very good visit, best experience in 10 years Carlos took his time, as I have issues with hearing and we walked outside to talk.
