Took a toyota rav4 2020 from this dealership, roof leaked during the heavy storm 14 days after purchase! I was given a loaner and they fixed the issue. The staining on my headlining was just painted or spray during the heavy storm 14 days after purchase! I was given a loaner and they fixed the issue. The staining on my headlining was just painted or sprayed over. Some spray stains are all over my dash and interior parts of the car, so I'm not happy about it. Nonetheless, I'm giving this dealership a generous 4 star. They did their best. But could have done better. Also, the issue could have been avoided if the car was fully inspected before they handed it to me. Anyway, I'd like to thank the managers of this dealership as well as the director here, they are quick to respond and they make you feel taken care of as a customer should be. If not for all the issues I've encountered, I would have given this dealership a straight 5 star. More
